  • SANGB Airshow – 09 – 10 July 2022

The SANGB museum will be closed during the Air Show, however the museum staff will be near the flight line and we’re planning our family day to coincide with the Air Show. More to follow.

  • Thunder Over Michigan Air Show – 16 – 17 July 2022

This is our one big fundraiser for the year. help guide people parking their cars and you get fed and have a chance to check out the air show and the re-enactors. We need volunteers for BOTH days (at least ten per day). All volunteers will get a box lunch plus passes to the VIP tent where food and drinks are located. This is a great chance to support the Association and see the best airshow in Michigan. Again this year there will be two shows each day, with the Blue Angels in the morning, and the Air Force Aerial Demo team in the afternoon (this group is something new, last year we had the Thunderbirds).

  • Joint 82nd Airborne Association/425th Infantry Regiment Association Picnic – 30 July 2022.

This event is normally held at the Bruce VFW Post in St. Clair Shores, starting at noon. This is a fun time with plenty to eat and drink. It is for all members, their family and guests. We encourage everyone to bring a dish to pass, although it is not required. Make sure you don’t miss this great time!

  • Co F 425th Infantry Regiment Ranger Rendezvous – 27 August 2022

This year’s Ranger Rendezvous will be at Jon Allen’s 126 acre farm in Holly, MI, right off I-75. Our 2021 Rendezvous at Jon’s was a great time for those that attended.

There will be plenty of parking for RVs and trailers, if you intend to stay overnight. There are several electrical poles with power outlets available by the pole barn. The large pole barn can accommodate about 15 cots.
